2026 Retailer Program

Tier 1 $3,000.00 - $4,999.99 = 8%

Tier 2 $5,000.00 - $9,999.99 = 10%

Tier 3 $10,000.00 - $19,999.99 = 12%

Tier 4 $20,00.00 + = 14%

 

Preseason Deadline: November 1st, 2025

 

- Volume discount tiers for 2026 are based on the retailer's total dollar amount purchased from IR during FY 2025 (Oct 1 - Sept 30).

- Volume discounts are only available to program members.

- Retailers must place a preseason order of at least $3,000 to qualify as a member.

- Orders must be placed on the b2b site to qualify for a discount.

- If a retailer's total dollar amount purchased throughout the current fiscal year reaches a volume associated with a higher discount tier, the respective discount of the higher tier will be applied to all orders through the remainder of the fiscal year.

- Closeout order totals do not apply towards preseason discount.

- You may choose multiple ship dates.

- Sales confirmations will be emailed to you within 30 days of when orders are submitted.

- You will be reminded of your preseason order at least 2 weeks prior to ship.

- Order revisions should be received no later than 7 days before the ship date.

- If we have not received revisions or communication about an order by 7 days before the ship date, we will ship all available items from the order.

- All program members receive their discount on fill-in/asap orders.

- Preseason orders receive Net 60 dating (upon credit approval).

- Fill-in/asap orders receive Net 30 (except Tier 4 which receives Net 60).

- Orders will not be processed until we receive a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

 

 

Drop Ship Policy

1) To qualify for drop ships, retailer must be a current IR Retailer Program Member.

2) Fee is $5 in addition to standard shipping charges. IR is in no way responsible for additional charges or complications due to shipping issues of any kind.

3) Pricing for drop ship orders is standard wholesale, no discounts, no exceptions.

4) Terms are Net 30 (with established credit).

5) ALL drop ship orders must be placed on IR's b2b site.

 

Minimum Advertised Price – “MAP” Policy

 

Immersion Research, Inc. reserves the right to cease supplying goods to any dealer whose advertising of IR products indicates a price lower than our Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) set forth in the current season’s IR Price List. This policy applies to all forms of dealer advertising including (but not limited to) websites, mailings, catalogs, social media, displays at consumer shows, and email. Electronic mail sent in direct response to a consumer product inquiry is not considered advertising. Further exclusions include sales of discontinued items and package sales where consumers can receive a complete package of pre-selected products for a discounted price.  This policy excludes and allows for up to 3 sales or promotional events, and a maximum of 20 sale days per annum when products may be discounted below MSRP. Exact dates of discount implementation are at the discretion of the dealer. Policing of this policy is the sole responsibility of Immersion Research, Inc.. Acknowledgement and agreement to the MAP Policy by the dealer is not required before punitive action is taken.
